25th Street Station is a vibrant mixed-use project proposed for the 11 acre site at 25th and Howard Street (site being vacated by Anderson Automotive) in Baltimore City. Featuring Lowe’s, Walmart and a variety of other retailers, the project will bring new convenient shopping and amenities to the area in a pedestrian-friendly setting.  The 25th Street Station project will provide approximately 400 local construction-related jobs and 750 permanent jobs, along with 70-90 residential units, built on environmentally sustainable principles to serve as a thriving community hub.
